Sending a product to KINECTaku does not guarantee a review. KINECTaku maintains complete discretion as to which products they review.

At the end of any review based on a product provided for free by the publisher, developer, retailer or other source, KINECTaku will disclose this information in the following manner:

If no such disclaimer appears at the end of a review, this most likely means KINECTaku or the author of the review purchased/rented the product with our/their own funds.

KINECTaku occasionally receives download points (such as Nintendo Points, Xbox Live Credits etc) in order to download online games, content, etc for review where the physical product is unavailable or only exists in digital form (eg, WiiWare, DSiWare).

KINECTaku receives no monetary compensation in exchange for their reviews of products provided for free, nor do KINECTaku accept any compensation, monetary or other, in order to influence a reviews outcome.

Paid advertising on KINECTaku also has no impact on our review scores, nor does it guarantee a review of an advertised product.
