Get fighting fit
THQ is really stepping up its fitness game assault on the word "ultimate": the publisher released The Biggest Loser: Ultimate Workout in late 2010, and in June this year it ramps up the offensive with UFC Personal Trainer: The Ultimate Fitness System.
First announced last year, the publisher has now shown off the first video and screenshots of the game in action as well as sharing more details. While THQ is also releasing UFC Personal Trainer: The Ultimate Fitness System for PlayStation Move, Xbox 360 owners will receive exclusive content: 9 exclusive drills, branded equipment and the presence of fighters Dan Hardy, Frank Mir, Diego Sanchez and Kenny Florian, as well as voice recognition and the advantage of controller-free gameplay.

Designed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine(R) (NASM(R)) with support from leading mixed martial arts (MMA) training experts Mark DellaGrotte, Greg Jackson and Javier Mendez, who have worked with renowned UFC fighters such as current UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones, current UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez and former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir, the fitness routines and full programs included in UFC Personal Trainer will deliver a challenging and motivating UFC fitness experience that includes the best and most effective exercises utilized by today's renowned UFC fighters.
