Hardly a Heavenly Star-t
After months of waiting and hype, last Friday saw the long-awaited release of Child of Eden in the UK, but that anticipation failed to send the game shooting up the charts as it landed at number 25 in the UK All-Formats chart.
It was still the second highest-selling Kinect game of the week — Zumba Fitness: Join the Party still rules the roost — and considering it's an extremely niche title it's a small wonder it charted at all.
Whether it will go on to rise up the charts as a word-of-mouth success or sink without trace remains to be seen. Our Child of Eden review is coming up in the next few days.

Agree. Bought the game but quickly realised this is won't be everyone's cup of tea. Having played it, I must admit that I enjoyed it nonetheless, and really enjoyed the fact how the Kinect was incorporated.
