Pets and pop
It's a double whammy on Kinect this week, with two titles squarely aimed at the sensor's strengths: kids and party games.
Kinect's first augmented reality game puts you on-screen with a range of customisable pets, from scaly unicorns to flying dogs and everything in between. Players can teach their pets tricks, take part in minigames and rise through the ranks of talent shows to establish themselves as the world's ultimate trainer. If you're an Xbox Live Gold member, there's a free Fantastic Pets demo available now if you want to give the game a try before our review in the coming days.
Michael Jackson: The Experience
The King of Pop returns with this dancing game, hoping to topple current genre leader Dance Central. Co-operative and battle multiplayer modes for up to four players take place in environments inspired by Jackson's legendary music videos and live shows, with a practice mode to boot. We won't stop 'til we get enough... information to bring you a full and honest review.
