But tight-lipped on games
UK studio Relentless Software has done its best work on Sony formats, creating Buzz! for PlayStation and Blue Toad Murder Files among other properties, but now the team has its eyes on Kinect.
Relentless co-founder and executive director Andrew Eades spoke to Eurogamer about the sensor and was full of praise for the technology.
Of course I'd consider any game for Kinect. And the reason is because Kinect is amazing. It's the exact right technology for now. It's given our sector a new lease of life. We'd be mad to not look into Kinect and what we can do.
Eades didn't reveal any concrete plans for Kinect games, but quiz series Buzz! is out of the question as it's a Sony property. The Relentless website lists a mystery project that's nothing to do with Buzz! or Blue Toad, but "is something that everyone can enjoy and plays to [Relentless's] strengths in the social game genre."
Could we see Relentless support Kinect this year?
