US Sales Already Impressive
Madden NFL 13 is out today in the UK, but EA are already counting up the pennies after a successful first day in the States.
In the first 24 hours, the Gridiron behemoth has blasted through the 900,000 sales mark, which represents a healthy 7% increase year-on-year on current-generation machines. On top of that, EA are reporting a 28 percent leap in simultaneous online users on the first day compared to last year.
Andrew Wilson, Executive Vice President of EA Sports, said:

With the game picking up high review scores pretty much across the board, the franchise appears to be in rude health. Madden NFL 13 comes complete with Kinect voice control features.
