Warning: contains a sportsman acting
Yesterday we brought you the first screenshots of Michael Phelps – Push the Limit, and now we have the first HD trailer promoting the game.
Filmed using a Phantom HD camera which captures HD footage at up to 1,000 frames per second, the trailer pitches the game's concept: as an unknown swimmer, you challenge Phelps for aquatic supremacy from the comfort of your own living room. If you want to skip the acting and just see the game in action, fast forward to the 1:30 mark.

How are you meant to "swim" in this game anyway? It doesn't show anyone actually playing it for real.

Yeah....I don't think this one is gonna end up too good... The fact that they don't actually show gameplay is quite telling....

LOL, it's a stupid idea, I can't believe they wasted time creating this. Who the hell finds Swimming exciting??

That's gameplay from 1:30.
Around the same number who enjoy pong toss, root beer tapping, horseshoe-hurling and other top sports!

Just think Kinect Sports sprint, but that's the whole game, but with your arms. Spin your arms and spin your arms some more. Woohoo! ;^) Ok, so actually I have no idea how they turned this into a game, but you can be absolutely positively sure that I won't be pre-ordering it. Who would, especially given that trailer that doesn't show anyone playing the game?
